- We automatically collect information about how you use the App, such as interactions, match history, call duration, and in-app purchases.
- Device information (model, operating system, language, IP address, and country) is also collected for analytics and security purposes.
c. Camera and Microphone
- The App requires access to your camera and microphone for live video chat functionality powered by Agora SDK.
- We do not record, store, or monitor your live video or audio calls. The entire communication is end-to-end encrypted and handled securely by Agora’s real-time network.
d. Firebase Analytics
- We use Google Firebase Analytics to understand user behavior, track app performance, and improve features.
- Firebase collects anonymous data such as session duration, device type, crash reports, and usage frequency.
e. AdMob Advertising
- Our app uses Google AdMob to display banner, interstitial, and rewarded ads.
- AdMob may collect your advertising ID, device type, and usage data to serve relevant ads in accordance with Google’s Privacy Policy.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected data to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain the App’s features.

3. In-App Purchases & Payments
Closely offers in-app purchases (Hearts and Membership plans). All payments are securely processed through Google Play and App Store Billing. We do not store or have access to your credit/debit card information.

- Account information is retained as long as your account remains active.
- You can request data deletion by contacting our support team (see Section 10).
- Non-personal analytics data may be stored for internal analysis even after account deletion.
5. Data Sharing & Disclosure
We do not sell, trade, or rent users’ personal information.
However, we may share limited data with:
- Service Providers: such as Agora, Firebase, and AdMob, only to enable core app functionalities.
- Legal Authorities: if required by law, court order, or government regulation to protect rights or safety.

We use industry-standard encryption, SSL protection, and secure APIs to safeguard your data.
However, please note that no online transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute protection.
